How to have us delete the personal information we hold about you, what the request covers, and how long it takes.

Email from the address you used with us, with the subject line "Data deletion request". Tell us your name and, if you can, how you were in touch with us: through the contact or RFP form, by email or phone, as an applicant, or through a Caltor application you connected to another platform.
If you cannot email, call or write to Caltor Inc., 1875 Mission St, Ste 103-204, San Francisco, CA 94103-3561. You do not need an account, and there is no charge.
We delete the personal information we hold about you: messages and details sent through our forms, email correspondence and call notes, application materials, and any profile information we received when you connected a Caltor application to a third-party platform such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Google. We also instruct the service providers that hold it for us to delete their copies.
If you connected a Caltor application through Facebook, you can also remove it in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites. That stops new information reaching us, and a request to us deletes what we already hold.
We keep only what the law requires or allows us to keep: invoices, contracts and tax records, information needed to establish or defend a legal claim, and a short record that you asked for deletion so that we do not contact you again. Our usage measurement is not linked to any person, so there is nothing in it to delete. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days. If we need to confirm your identity first, we ask for no more than we need to do that. When the deletion is done we write to tell you, including what, if anything, we kept and why.
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why. If you are not satisfied with how we handled a request, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
